Kidney Prevention Disease

Please answer the question to check if you are at risk?

  1. Are you over 50 years?
  2. Do you have high blood pressure?
  3. Do you suffer from diabetes?
  4. Do you smoke?
  5. Do you have a family history of kidney disease?
  6. Are you overweight?

If you have answered ‘yes’ to one or more of these questions, you should discuss with our doctor as you may need testing for kidney disease.

Early chronic kidney disease (CKD) may not show any signs or symptoms. You can delay or prevent kidney failure by treating kidney disease early.

Did you know?

A person can lose up to 90% of their kidney function before experiencing any symptoms.

How to prevent kidney disease

  • Do not smoke or use tobacco in any form.
